Misuse of powers given by the Work Programme to abuse human rights ?

I am running out of options.. so apology for bothering you but
In an off chance that there is a remote possibility of finding some who can help, it is worth trying.. as it appears that Human Rights are subject to status.

I am convinced that the DWP and their associates relating to the Work Programme are misusing their powers to seriously affect my essential human rights
And that whole program is being used as a form of Human Trafficking as defined by the UN, where I am subjected to harassment, intimidation and degrading treatment and all of that fully ignored and supported by the DWP.

Treating people like criminals for no crime committed is a serious breach of essential human rights and as it looks to me it fully legal. If that is what a Democracy is then I something is wrong with the whole system.
A suppression of individual freedoms of expression, beliefs and liberties in order to impose institutional dogma is more associated with a Dictatorship but as it looks like that is now current practice in a modern Democracy ?
As it appears to me, these practices are more associated with NKVD (НКВД) People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs in Stalin’s Soviet Union and not in a supposedly Democratic State.

The Means (How it is done)

Threat or use of force, coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, abuse of power or vulnerability, or giving payments or benefits to a person in control of the victim

DWP

Threat and abuse of power:
If an individual does not obey ( if the service does not fit the needs of an individual ) it results in a withdrawal of benefits aka financial power
there goes a freedom of expression, religion, association and thought ( or is it just a subject to status? )

or vulnerability:
people on benefit are financial vulnerable so it is the only source of income, essential part for safety and security of persons ( and that I believe is also a breach of Convention on Human Rights )

MAXIMUS UK
or use of *coercion, **deception or vulnerability:

*coercion:

Giving complete freedom, flexibility and minimum standards in order to deliver service ( aka recruitment ) the provider is pretty much aware of it's controlling powers of the individuals assigned to them and from what I've noticed make every effort in doing so.
If I do not comply with the advice given by so called advisor I am also reminded that if I do not do, I will be sent to any job which DWP assigns me to ( aka forced labour )
Sanctions if failed to obey orders:
sanctionable failure and the period of reduction applicable to the most recent previous sanctionable failure is–
(a) 4 weeks
(b) 13 weeks

**deception:

So called Advisors:
What I have noticed, based on my knowledge and experience ) is that most of them ( at least I had a misfortune of dealing with) are actually a glorified salespeople without any relevant skills, experience, knowledge nor understanding of the needs of individuals but rather more interested in a commission.
What I know is that you never take advice from people who sell but rather from those who know but mavbe that is just my understanding of either.

Job Suitability Questionnaires:
Since about 1996 I've completed hundreds of them from a reputable organisations which use scientific methods in order for me to make clear to myself where I best fit in, so the ones which are supplied by MAXIMUS UK are purely leading questionnaires with a sole purpose in reaching pre defined outcome, which ( what a surprise ) closely match their own set of experience and background of the Senior Management Team ( HR Director with a Master’s degree from the University of Westminster in HR Strategy ) and just happen to work at Tesco and Whitbread ) as well as one who happen to be Managing Director, MAXIMUS Human Services ( surprisingly enough has also worked at in retail, catering, manufacturing and utilities ) what a surprise ????

They should at lest know more than me unless it is intentional in order to mislead.

The Purpose (Why it is done)

For the purpose of ***exploitation, which includes exploiting the prostitution of others, sexual exploitation, forced labour, slavery or similar practices and the removal of organs.

***exploitation:

With added pressure by the DWP and freedom, flexibility and setting a minimum standards it creates an environment in which the above provider may use ****harassment
as means to
violate individual's dignity:
disregarding personal circumstances, level of education, experience, suitability and skills in order to achieve objectives of
a) supplying their associates with obedient and cheap labour
b) meeting their sales targets which are set by the DWP

thus, by employing so called advisors without ensuring that the job description fits the person employed or by employing sales people who do not have any relevant experience, skills nor education which would fit the criteria of those who know, it is creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for that individual.

with added bonus that such individual then becomes vulnerable as a result of the threat of Sanctions by the DWP.

**deception

To coerce and mislead individuals into taking up an employment which directly benefits their associates ( cheap labour ) as well as the Government ( political benefit ) resulting that the taxpayer is paying for all of the above: Money paid in by the DWP to employ providers who benefit by being paid a commission in addition of the contract payments and in return the provider's own associates benefit with a supply of obedient and cheap labour, which is then subsidised by the Government )

Giving payments or benefits to a person in control of the victim:

"Job Outcome payment trigger point".

in addition of setting up sales targets which do not necessarily meet the needs of participants but rather financial objectives ( aka a commission and exploitation ):
Chapter 15 Work Programme Provider Guidance
Minimum performance levels and
incentive payment model
Any Provider who does not deliver the expected minimum number of Job Outcomes in a given rolling 12 month period will be defined as not meeting minimum performance standards.
