Foreign media also give Son Heung-min a ‘thumbs up’

Korea's dramatic Asian Cup quarterfinal victory was reported in detail by the British BBC, AP, AFP, and Reuters foreign media, paying attention to Son Heung-min's performance.

A win like this will help the morale of the entire team. Son Heung-min's interview remarks were also detailed, saying, "I was really touched by the sacrifices made by everyone on the team, and every member of the team deserves praise."

In an article titled ‘Son Heung-min’s magic brought Korea to the semifinals of the Asian Cup against Jordan’, AFP said, “At the end of the second half, when Korea’s defeat was deepening, they received a foul and a penalty kick from Lewis Miller, and an exquisite free kick in the 14th minute of extra time. “Thanks to the performance of Son Heung-min, who has succeeded so far, Korea won the game,” he said.
